Stow City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of Stow City Hall, 3760 Darrow Road, Stow, Ohio, to discuss Ordinance No. 2023-23, entitled:

ORDINANCE NO. 2023-23

AN ORDINANCE ENACTED PURSUANT TO SECTION 1137.08, ENTITLED "AMENDMENTS", TO PROVIDE FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONING DISTRICTS MAP AND ZONING DISTRICTS BY RECLASSIFYING FROM “C-4 GENERAL BUSINESS AND R-3 RESIDENTIAL TO R-3 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT” OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON KENT ROAD, KNOWN AS 4285 KENT ROAD, ALSO KNOWN AS PARCEL NOS. 56-19740 AND 56-192742; AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING DISTRICTS MAP THEREFOR.
