A one-hour cardiovascular strength training exercise class that shapes and tones the entire body and helps prevent osteoporosis. No dancing, jumping, or jazz…just results! Bring a set of 5-pound (each) dumbbells, a stretch band, and an exercise mat. Work out at your own pace. Eight, one-hour classes in each term.
Days: Mondays and Thursdays
Times: 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
Price: $55 per session
Location: Oregon Trails Lodge, 2913 Graham Road, Stow, OH 44224
Beginner Class: 6 to 7 pm. For the person with little or no dance instruction.
Intermediate/Advanced Class: 7 to 8 pm. For the person who has completed a Beginner Session and taken all 6 dances (Foxtrot, Tango, Waltz, Cha-cha, Swing and Rumba).
Partners are a must for these classes!

Your clothing should be the comfortable hard sole or true dance shoes are preferred.
Open to all who enjoy walking the paths of our local Summit Metro Parks trails. No need to hike alone again. We travel by bus to an easy to moderate trailhead with a Trail Leader who points the way!
